Refund Policy

At StickerAid.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom stickers tailored to your specifications. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders once they have been approved by the customer.

If you encounter any defects or issues with your order, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery. Provide clear images showing the damage or defect via email, and we will review your case. If the issue is verified as a defect in our production, we will gladly reproduce your order in accordance with our Terms and Policies.

Important Points:

  • No Returns or Refunds: All custom products are made specifically based on your preferences, so we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for deviations from expected quality.

  • Unique Orders: Each order is unique, and variations in print quality or discrepancies with other products are not grounds for return or refund.

  • Incorrect Orders: We cannot reproduce orders due to customer errors in specifications, size, color, or texture.

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a shipping label for the return of the defective items. The reproduction of your order may take up to 20 days.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@StickerAid.com. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
